Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026 · Preliminary — a lawyer-reviewed version will replace this before Justify opens to the public.
These preliminary terms cover your use of Justify, the rental-credential service. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your credential is yours
You own the credential you build. You control what is shared and with whom. You can stop sharing at any time by revoking your links.
Accurate information
You agree that the information you enter is truthful and yours to share. Submitting false information, or impersonating someone else, may result in your credential being suspended or removed. Verified facts are confirmed at the source; self-reported facts are labeled as such.
Verifications and reviews
Landlord verifications and move-out reviews come from third parties and are permanent once submitted — they cannot be edited by you, the landlord, or Justify. If you believe one is inaccurate, you can contest it and a person reviews the dispute.
Justify is not the decision-maker
Justify is rental trust infrastructure, not a credit bureau and not a lender or landlord. The Justify Score and criteria checks are informational tools. Leasing decisions are made by landlords, not by Justify.
Early access, as-is
Justify is in early access and is provided as-is, without warranties, while we build toward a full public launch. Features may change. We are not liable for decisions made by landlords or applicants using the service.
This is preliminary
These terms are a good-faith summary and not yet a final legal document; lawyer-reviewed terms will replace them before Justify is opened to the general public.
